Many lender's are outsourcing the allocation of a reaffirmation agreement, and when you don't get one in time for discharge no one seems to be accoutable for preparing it. The lender says xyz outsource should've done it, xyz says the lender didn't send us the file, or the lender recalled the file. Like our new plans say that the debtor can sell their homes but they (underwriters) want an order allowing anyway. When you do get an order they want some of their own language in it and want you to change it. It's the title companies underwriters that we have the most trouble with.Patchesnoreply@blogger.com
